Zappinorvello Nordic Publishing AS ("we", "us", or "our"), operating zappinorvello.com, respects the privacy of independent travellers. We design our regional guides so you can read, plan and format route notes without invasive profiling or third-party ad networks.

2. Information We Collect

Client-Side Route Builder: Any text you type into the interactive Route Note Tool on our Contact page is processed strictly inside your own browser memory to generate a copyable or downloadable text file. It is never transmitted to our servers unless you actively send us an email.

Direct Email Correspondence: When you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address, name and the contents of your message solely to reply to your route inquiry.

Standard Server Logs: Our web hosting environment records standard technical diagnostics (anonymized IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user-agent string) to maintain security and prevent automated abuse. Log files are automatically rotated and deleted within 30 days.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process technical server logs under legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to ensure site stability and security, and we process email correspondence under legitimate interest or your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) to answer your specific questions.
